Medical and Nursing Staff Nursing

• A full-time Clinical Nurse Manager (Registered Nurse) is responsible to assess, plan and implement a comprehensive level of nursing care.
• Registered Nurse is on-call 24 hours per day.
• Qualified Nurses ( RN’s and EN’s ) are employed as our supervisory staff and Care Assistants make up the remainder of our nursing team.  All staff are encouraged and assisted to be involved in ongoing.
• Educational / training programmes to promote self growth and  professional development.

Staff

Bainfield Park employs approximately thirty five staff consisting of nursing, food service, activities, cleaning, administration, gardening, maintenance and management staff.

All personnel work together as a team to provide the best care possible for our residents.
